The album is dedicated to the art of one of the most recognisable contemporary Polish artists – Jerzy Duda-Gracz. In his works, the artist often commented on the social and political reality, balancing between grotesque, irony, and satire on the one hand, and sentimentalism and nostalgia on the other. He is famous for painting series, of which the most recognisable are Motifs, Polish Portraits, and Jurassic Paintings.

Duda-Gracz’s art, which showed caricatures of people in a tragic world, stirred up strong emotions. Aptly and unambiguously, it exposed human flaws, such as hypocrisy, crudeness, laziness, and intolerance. In the paintings, we can also see the longing for the world passing by, for childhood images, for carefully cultivated memories recreated on canvas.
