Regulations of the bosz.com.pl online bookstore
§ 1. General provisions
The bosz.com.pl online bookstore, operating at www.bosz.com.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Bookstore), is run by "Bosz" Szymanik et al. General partnership with its registered office in Olszanica 311 (38-722), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Rzeszów, XII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000150329, NIP: 688-00-00-721, Regon: 370194606.
Goods are understood as books, calendars and reproductions available in the Bookstore, presented on the website www.bosz.com.pl.
Goods presented in the Bookstore do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
§ 2. Rules for placing orders
The buyer can place orders 24 hours a day via the Bookstore website.
The buyer chooses the goods and places the order via the form available on the website www.bosz.com.pl. After sending the order, the Buyer receives an e-mail confirmation of the order being accepted by the Bookstore.
If the product is not available (out of print), the Bookstore will inform the Buyer. In this case, the bookstore has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of its conclusion. If the Buyer has paid for the goods, the Bookstore will refund the money within 14 days to the account indicated by the Buyer.
In the event of temporary unavailability of goods, the Bookstore may offer to buy another or ship the ordered goods at a later date, provided that the Buyer agrees. Lack of consent of the Buyer causes the Bookstore's right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of its conclusion and the obligation to return the money received, within 14 days, to the account indicated by the Buyer.

§ 3. Price of the goods
The price given for the title of the product is expressed in Polish zlotys and includes VAT.
The price given for each good is binding at the time of placing the order by the Buyer.
The price does not include the delivery fee. The cost of delivery will be added to the value of the purchased goods at the time of choosing the type of delivery by the Buyer.

The bookstore reserves the right to change the prices of goods, introduce new goods. The right to change the price does not affect the price of the goods covered by the order placed before the change.
A customer registering in a Bookstore receives a 5% permanent discount, Newsletter subscribers receive a 10% discount:
- discounts do not add up,
- discounts do not apply to promotions and special offers.
§ 4. Payment methods
The bookstore offers the following payment methods:
- cash on delivery - The buyer pays for the parcel on delivery to the postman / post office / courier (depending on the choice of delivery method),
- by transfer to bank account No. 91 1020 2980 0000 2202 0118 5602,
- credit card,
- cash on delivery at the publisher's office at: ul. Przemysłowa 14, 38-600 Lesko.

§ 5. Order processing
The condition of the contract is the availability of the goods specified in the order. Confirmation of order acceptance by the Bookstore is sent by e-mail.
The order is started:
- in the case of payment by bank transfer or credit card - upon posting the money to the bookstore's bank account indicated in § 4.
- for cash on delivery or cash payment - upon confirmation of the order by the Bookstore.
The order is shipped within the time limit specified for each product. This period includes the time that elapses - from the acceptance of the order for processing - to the dispatch of the goods selected by the Buyer by the form of delivery, where only business days are included.
The order may be modified / canceled by phone at 13 469 90 02 within 12 hours of placing the order, provided that it has not been completed (i.e. sent for shipment).
The bookstore dispatches orders via Poczta Polska, by courier or through the Buyer's personal pickup at: ul. Przemysłowa 14, 38-600 Lesko.
The bookstore carries out shipments outside of Poland. The cost of the order is increased by the supplier's fee, which depends on the rates of this type of service in the destination country.
The bookstore is not liable for non-delivery of goods or delay in delivery caused by an incorrect or inaccurate address provided by the Buyer.
If necessary, the Bookstore issues a VAT invoice, which is attached to the package with the goods. By making a purchase at the Bookstore, the Buyer agrees to issue a VAT invoice without the recipient's signature.
§ 6. Right to withdraw from the contract
Pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale without giving reasons, within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Withdrawal is made by submitting a statement of withdrawal from the contract, in particular using the form and sent via any channel of distance communication, including:

The seller immediately sends the consumer confirmation of receipt of the declaration of intent to withdraw from the sales contract, to the e-mail address provided by the consumer.
If the consumer exercises his right to withdraw from the contract, the consumer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller immediately, i.e. not later than within 14 (fourteen) days to the Store's address.
To meet the deadline, it is enough to return the items before its expiry.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without costs, except for:
- additional costs incurred by the Consumer in connection with the choice of delivery method other than the cheapest, normal delivery method offered by the Seller, and
- direct costs of returning the goods (shipping costs).
Returned goods should be sent to the following address: BOSZ Publishing House, ul. Przemysłowa 14, 38-600 Lesko. The proof of purchase received should be returned with the goods.
The bookstore guarantees a refund equal to the price of the goods and delivery costs. The costs of sending back are covered by the Buyer. The bookstore does not accept cash on delivery parcels.
The money will be sent back immediately after the Seller receives the parcel to the bank account number indicated by the Buyer.
§ 7. Complaints
In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract, the Buyer has the right to complain about the goods within 2 years from the date of purchase, provided that the Bookstore is notified of the defect within two months of the goods being found to be non-compliant with the contract.
The condition for considering the complaint is sending the product back to the following address: BOSZ Publishing House, ul. Przemysłowa 14, 38-600 Lesko with the note "COMPLAINT", together with the proof of purchase and a written indication of the reason for the return.
The bookstore considers the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
If the complaint is accepted, the Bookstore will exchange the goods for a new one, and if the above proves impossible (goods unavailable, out of print), it will refund the amount due for the goods subject to the complaint to the bank account indicated by the Buyer or propose other goods available in the Bookstore. If the complaint is accepted, the Bookstore will reimburse the costs of sending the advertised goods incurred by the Buyer.
§ 8. Protection of personal data
The administrator of personal data provided in the order is Bosz Szymanik i Wspólnicy Sp. j. hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator". You can contact the Administrator by writing to the e-mail address: biuro@bosz.com.pl.
The basis for data processing is the agreement between the Employer / Author and the Administrator, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" as a result of which there is a premise legalizing the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 lit. b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/45 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation ), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR".
Personal data is processed only for purposes related to the implementation of the Agreement.
Providing personal data is not mandatory, however, refusal to provide them will make the conclusion and implementation of the Agreement impossible.
Personal data will be stored for no longer than necessary.
The administrator does not intend to transfer data to a third country or to international organizations.
A natural person providing their personal data has the right to request access to their data, rectification, transfer and deletion, as well as the right to limit data processing.
In connection with the processing of personal data by the Administrator, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
The personal data provided will not be profiled.
§ 9. Final provisions
The bookstore makes every effort to ensure that the description of the presented goods corresponds to reality as accurately as possible. Due to the possibility of errors occurring while updating the website, any discrepancies will be corrected when completing the order.
In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on specific conditions of consumer sales and amendments to the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 141, item 1176, as amended) and the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 22, item 271, as amended).
These Regulations apply from July 1, 2013.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Regulations. All changes to the Regulations are effective from the date of publication on www.bosz.com.pl. In the case of orders placed on the basis of earlier versions of the Regulations, the provisions in force on the date of the order are binding.
Shipping Policy
Orders for more than 130 PLN are delivered at the expense of the Bookstore (only in the case of shipping by Poczta Polska).
The supplier must be selected when placing the order.
If you receive a shipment that does not comply with the order, the Bookstore bears the cost of re-shipment and reimburses the cost of sending the wrongly transferred books.
If the invoice indicates that you have sent one of the books ordered at a different time, it means that the Bookstore will send it at your own expense.
b) Address outside the country
The total cost of shipping is borne by the Buyer, the amount due can be paid by credit card or bank transfer to the currency account number provided in the "Payments" (conversion rate according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on the day of order). Detailed information is provided upon the client's request - by phone, letter or e-mail: handel@bosz.com.pl.
Persons placing the order on behalf of the institution are requested to provide their name and surname in addition to the company name. Companies that are a VAT payer are asked to provide a tax identification number.
In the event of reservations regarding the condition of the shipment, please inform the supplier and complete in his presence a protocol confirming this circumstance. Message from the Bookstore mentioned above the document will facilitate the complaint handling process.

The bookstore offers the following payment methods:
- cash on delivery - The buyer pays for the delivery upon delivery to the postman / post office / courier (depending on the choice of delivery method),
- by transfer to bank account No. 91 1020 2980 0000 2202 0118 5602 - in the absence of payment within 14 days, the order is canceled,
- credit card,
- cash on delivery at the publisher's office at: ul. Przemysłowa 14, 38-600 Lesko.
