Gawron. Sculpture

Piotr Gawron (born in 1943) – a sculptor and teacher, graduate of the Faculty of Sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw in the studios of Zofia Demkowska and Tadeusz Łodziana (1966–1972), then lecturer, and since 1994, professor of the Academy. In his art, he focuses on small-size and portrait sculptures and medal making.

Piotr Gawron (born in 1943) – a sculptor and teacher, graduate of the Faculty of Sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw in the studios of Zofia Demkowska and Tadeusz Łodziana (1966–1972), then lecturer, and since 1994, professor of the Academy. In his art, he focuses on small-size and portrait sculptures and medal making. Winner of multiple awards, e.g. the gold medal at the 5th Fine Arts Festival in Warsaw (1973) and the first place at the 1st International Art Medals Biennial in Warsaw (1988). Awarded the gold Gloria Artis medal (2015).
