“Buszewicz. Posters” is another book in the series devoted to the most outstanding poster artists, this time featuring the oeuvre of Maciej Buszewicz, a professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Buszewicz has been a designer since 1976, and graduated from Halina Chrostowska’s studio in 1979. Among others, he has designed poster series for the Studio Theatre and Sinfonia Varsovia, and his works feature an unusual combination of typography, texture, and photography.

The artist has made a name for himself as an author of not only posters and book designs, but also fonts, record covers, and calendars. This album, created in collaboration with the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, presents almost 60 posters by this designer selected by Dorota Folga-Januszewska.
