Ferdynand Ruszczyc (1870–1936) – painter, graphic designer, and draughtsman, leader of symbolism in the art of Young Poland. Initially, at the urging of his father Edward, he enrolled in a law course in Saint Petersburg, but he quickly gave it up in favour of studying at the local Academy of Fine Arts, from which he graduated in 1897.

Selection of the most important paintings by Zdzislaw Beksinski, one of the most original Polish painters of the twentieth century. Beksiński practiced photography, drawing, graphic art, computer graphics, sculpture, but most importantly painting.

Teodor Axentowicz (1859–1938) – painter, graphic designer, and draughtsman, professor and the first elected rector of the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków. Born to a noble Polish Armenian family, who settled in Lviv when he was three.

The artist featured in another mini-album in the Painting series is Maksymilian Gierymski (1846–1874) – a painter and draughtsman, an insurgent in the January Uprising, elder brother of Aleksander – a painter like himself.

Stanisław Bohusz-Siestrzeńcewicz (1869–1927) – a Polish painter, draughtsman, book and magazine illustrator. Graduate of the Imperial Academy of Arts in Saint Petersburg and the private painting school Académie Julian in Paris. In Munich, he studied under Józef Brandt.

The queen of art déco was born into a wealthy, influential family. From early childhood she was interested in art, which was her frequent companion.

The album presents the works by painter and draughtsman Konrad Krzyżanowski (1872–1922). He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Saint Petersburg, where he got interested in portrait and landscape painting and started to develop his unmistakable dynamic style.
